Take that 1st step.

I'm Vikas Sethia. After 16 years in telecom jobs, I stepped out to build businesses. Now I share what I learn - in handwritten notes, poems and stories - to help you move from stuck to started.

From employee to entrepreneur

I spent my career in telecom - from Reliance Communications to ZTE, Aircom/TEOCO, RFS and R&M India, where I was Sales Head. In 2018 I took my first step as a founder with Shree Vardhman Store, a new family store in Bikaner, and then went back to my job. During Covid, in 2020, while still in my job, I started Purejoice as a side hustle, selling quality dry fruits. In August 2023 I left corporate for good, and in April 2025 I moved back home to Bikaner.

Today I'm building Televers Networks with my co-founder, and I help at our family business in Bikaner. And I write about the part nobody talks about - the fear, the doubts, and the small steps that actually move you forward.
